Onsite Coordinator - New Braunfels


At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for Onsite Coordinator to work with a leading company in the Staffing sector in New Braunfels. You will be working for the client in New Braunfels.

Shift Patterns

  • Core Hours: 6am - 4pm, Monday to Friday/ Weekends and overtime as needed.

Pay Rates

  • 25.00 - 26.00 USD hourly

Requirements

As a Onsite Coordinator you will need to have:

  • 2+ years of experience in a business administrative role within a warehousing, logistics, production, or manufacturing environment.
  • Must be fluent in both Spanish and English.

As a Onsite Coordinator, it would be desirable to have:

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs.
  • Experience managing a flexible workforce or temporary-to-permanent pipelines.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and solve staffing or retention issues.
  • Exceptional client-facing communication skills, able to connect with both corporate executives and floor associates.
  • High attention to detail regarding payroll accuracy and employment law.

Role of a Onsite Coordinator

  • Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth workflow.
  • Manage employee relations and address workplace concerns.
  • Coordinate staffing needs and onboarding processes.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between the client and the workforce.
