At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Warehouse Associate to work with a leading food manufacturing company in Waukesha. This role supports the roasting, mixing, and packaging departments to produce high-quality peanut products while adhering to strict safety and food manufacturing standards.
Shift Patterns

• Monday to Friday, 4:30 AM to 1:00 PM

Pay Rates

• 17.50 USD hourly

Must-have Requirements

• Must have worked in a warehouse environment
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds throughout the shift
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions

Role

• Operate and monitor roasting and mixing equipment
• Package finished products according to company specifications
• Maintain production records and inventory counts
• Follow Good Manufacturing Practices and sanitation procedures
