This role supports daily warehouse operations by providing excellent customer service, processing shipping and receiving transactions, and maintaining accurate records to ensure efficient operations.
Shift Patterns
- Fri - Sun 5 pm - 5 am
- 22.00 USD hourly
- More than 3 years of customer service or administrative experience
- Ability to use Microsoft Office
- Ability to perform data entry and process billing or shipping documents
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse office environment while communicating with customers and internal teams
- High School Diploma or GED
- Process shipping and receiving transactions accurately
- Prepare and process billing and invoicing with attention to detail
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues related to shipping, receiving, billing, and orders
- Serve as a liaison between warehouse operations and customers
- Maintain accurate records and perform data entry
West Jefferson. This position is based on-site in a warehouse and office environment with frequent interaction with warehouse personnel and internal departments.
