Requirements
Essential requirements for Pick/Pack:
- Experience with RF scanners (preferred for Returns role).
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in product inspections, packaging, and inventory handling.
Your role for Pick/Pack
- Efficiently pick and pack orders according to customer specifications and quality standards.
- Use RF scanners to track inventory movements and ensure accurate stock levels.
- Inspect products for damage or defects before final packaging and shipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and shipping deadlines.
