At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a General labor position to work with a leading apparel company in Southaven. This role is essential for ensuring that products are accurately packed and prepared for delivery to our customers.Shift patterns
- Sunday-Wednesday, 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM
- 17.00 USD hourly
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable with repetitive tasks and physical work
- Able to follow verbal and written instructions in English
- Must be able to work a full-time but flexible schedule
- Must have dependable transportation to and from the job site
- Must enjoy working with others and taking direction when needed
- Must provide own clothing: jeans, collared shirt with closed-toed sturdy shoes
- Accurately pack products into shipping boxes for delivery
- Ensure proper items are packaged and placed in the correct containers
- Maintain consistent packing speed throughout the shift
- Handle items carefully to avoid product damage
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily deadlines while maintaining safety standards
