At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a General Labor/Packer to work with Edison Talent Pool in Edison. This role is essential for ensuring that products are accurately prepared and packaged for our customers, maintaining high standards of quality and safety throughout the process.
Shift Patterns

• 2nd Shift: 7:30am to 4pm, Monday through Friday.

Pay Rates

• 15.92 USD hourly

Essential Requirements for General Labor/Packer

• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable with repetitive tasks and physical work.
• Able to follow verbal and written instructions in English and/or Spanish.
• Must be able to work a full-time but flexible schedule.
• Must have dependable transportation to and from the job site.

Role for General Labor/Packer

• Accurately pack products into shipping boxes for delivery to customers.

• Consistently perform job functions while taking into consideration safety, punctuality, and deadlines.
• Work with other team members to accurately complete the work each day.
