At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Pick To Light Replenisher to work with a leading logistics company in Bethlehem. This role supports daily warehouse operations by receiving, moving, stocking, picking, and organizing products in a fast-paced environment.
Shift patterns

• Monday to Thursday 5:00am to 3:30 pm.
• Incentives available.

Pay rates

• 16.50 USD hourly

Must-have requirements for Pick To Light Replenisher

• More than 1 year of warehouse, distribution, or fulfillment experience.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to use pallet jacks, carts, or similar equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Reliable attendance and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Role for Pick To Light Replenisher

• Pick, pack, move, and stock products efficiently.
• Load and unload materials as needed.
• Scan and locate products accurately.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all safety and warehouse procedures to meet productivity expectations.
