At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Machine Operator to work with a leading company in the welding industry in Warren. This role involves setting up and operating manufacturing machinery, ensuring quality standards, and maintaining a safe, efficient workspace.Shift Patterns
- 1st shift: 6:30 am to 4:30 pm
- 14.00 USD hourly
- Prior machine operation experience in a manufacturing setting
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong technical understanding and safety awareness
- Availability for a full-time, flexible schedule
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site
- Ability to lift and move up to 75 lbs. throughout the shift
- Set up and operate various manufacturing machines
- Monitor machine performance and conduct regular quality checks
- Perform basic troubleshooting to ensure continuous operation
- Maintain a clean and safe workspace at all times
- Follow all daily operational procedures and safety protocols
