At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Warehouse Associate to work with a leading food manufacturing company in Franklin. This role is essential to the production line, focusing on the accurate and efficient packaging of food products to ensure they meet high quality and safety standards before shipment.


Shift

• Monday to Friday, 6:00pm to 6:00am

Pay Rates

• 16.50 USD hourly

Essential Requirements for Warehouse Associate

• Ability to frequently bend, stoop, twist, and lift up to 30-50 pounds.


• Ability to stand for extended periods of time, including 10 to 12-hour shifts.

Skills Requirements for Warehouse Associate

• Comfortable working in various temperature and noise conditions typical of a food manufacturing environment.


• Strong manual dexterity for repetitive motions involved in sorting and packaging.

Responsibilities for Warehouse Associate

• Manually pack finished food products into containers, boxes, or displays.


• Operate packaging equipment according to production quotas and specifications.


• Maintain strict adherence to sanitation and safety guidelines.


• Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure production targets are met.
