Production Associate - Swainsboro

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Production Associate to work with a leading manufacturer of window and door units in Swainsboro. You will join an assembly team responsible for the fabrication and production of high-quality products, utilizing hand tools and machinery to assemble units for distribution.


Shift patterns:

• 1st Shift: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM


• Mandatory weekend work and overtime may be required based on production needs

Pay rates:

• 16.00 - 18.00 USD hourly

Essential requirements for Production Associate:

• Consistent attendance and reliability are mandatory for this role


• Ability to stand for the entire duration of the shift


• Reliable transportation to and from work is required daily


• Candidates must not have previously worked at or interviewed with this specific company


• A resume is required for consideration

Desirable requirements for Production Associate:

• Ability to learn and perform repetitive job tasks


• Capacity to safely work with and around moving equipment


• Ability to rotate to two or more different responsibilities on the assembly line


• Proficiency in operating equipment and tools that require close control and adjustment
