Forklift Operator - Goodyear

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Forklift Operator to work with a leading logistics company in Goodyear. In this role, you will be responsible for operating heavy equipment to load and unload containers, ensuring that the facility maintains a smooth and efficient workflow.


Shift patterns

• 1st Shift - 6:00am-4:30pm - Sunday-Wednesday

Pay rates

• 20.00 USD hourly

Must-have requirements for Forklift Operator

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in non-climate controlled warehouse conditions, including hot or cold environments, heights, and fast-paced settings.


• At least 1 year of experience operating a cherry picker in a warehouse environment.

Desirable requirements for Forklift Operator

• Proficiency with Cherry/Order Pickers and Reach Trucks.


• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety.


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Role for Forklift Operator

• Safely operate forklifts, turret trucks, order pickers, and reach trucks to move, stack, and organize materials.


• Accurately pick, load, and put away inventory according to company standards and procedures.


• Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance or safety concerns.


• Follow all warehouse safety policies, procedures, and OSHA regulations.


• Assist with cycle counts, stock checks, and general warehouse operations including staging, labeling, and wrapping.
