At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Cherry Picker Forklift Operator to work with a leading warehouse partner in Ocala. We are seeking a dedicated and skilled professional to join a fast-paced environment, focusing on efficient equipment operation, inventory management, and shipment preparation.


Shift patterns

• Night Shift - 7:00 PM - 5:30 AM (Sunday - Wednesday or Wednesday - Saturday)

Pay rates

• 20.50 USD hourly

Must-have requirements for Cherry Picker Forklift Operator

• Proven experience operating cherry pickers


• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs. periodically during shift when necessary


• Re-hires are welcome if you have previously worked for ID Logistics through Job&Talent, Freight Breakers, or Balance Staffing

Desirable requirements for Cherry Picker Forklift Operator

• Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy in order fulfillment


• Strong mechanical knowledge related to warehouse operations and equipment functionality


• Familiarity with order picking processes and materials handling best practices


• Understanding of OSHA regulations pertaining to warehouse safety


• Previous experience in a warehouse environment is preferred

Role for Cherry Picker Forklift Operator

• Operate cherry picker equipment safely and efficiently to pick orders from high shelving units


• Assist in the loading and unloading of materials using forklifts and pallet jacks


• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety standards


• Conduct routine inspections of equipment, reporting any maintenance needs or safety concerns


• Collaborate with warehouse supervisors and team members to ensure timely completion of tasks
