General Laborer - Southaven

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a General Laborer to work with a leading apparel distribution company in Southaven. You will play a key role in ensuring our products are accurately packed and prepared for delivery to our customers.


Shift patterns:

• 1st Shift: 6:00am - 3:30pm


• Monday - Friday (Weekends and overtime as needed)

Pay rates:

• 17.00 USD hourly

Requirements for General Laborer:

• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs


• Comfortable with repetitive tasks and physical work


• Able to follow verbal and written instructions in English


• Must be able to work a full-time but flexible schedule


• Must have dependable transportation to and from the job site


• Must enjoy working with others and taking direction when needed


• Must provide own clothing: jeans, collared shirt, and closed-toed sturdy shoes

Role for General Laborer:

• Accurately pack products into shipping boxes for delivery


• Ensure proper items are packaged and placed in the correct containers


• Handle items carefully to avoid damage to the product


• Consistently perform job functions while prioritizing safety and punctuality


• Collaborate with team members to meet daily production deadlines
