At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Reach Truck operator to work with a leading company in the footwear and apparel industry in Moreno Valley. Join our growing warehouse team in a clean, fast-paced environment with a strong team culture and opportunities for growth.
Shift patterns

• 2nd shift. Monday to Friday, 4:00 PM to 12:30 AM, with willingness to work up to 10-hour shifts when necessary.

Pay rates

• 20.00 USD hourly

Must-have requirements for Reach Truck

• At least 1 year of Stand-Up Reach Truck experience.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Experience using RF scanners or warehouse management systems.
• Ability to lift, move, and stack products safely throughout your shift.
• Steel-toe shoes required.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.

Role for Reach Truck

• Operate stand-up reach trucks safely and efficiently.
• Pick, pack, count, and scan customer orders accurately.
• Load, unload, stock, and move products throughout the warehouse.
• Perform inventory tracking and basic inventory calculations.
• Wrap pallets and inspect products for damage or defects.
