At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for an Operator I to work with a leading logistics company in Fontana. This role is responsible for receiving, storing, and distributing materials and products according to customer guidelines and quality standards.


Shift patterns

• Monday - Friday 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM

Pay rates

• 18.00 USD hourly

Must-have requirements for Operator I

• Warehouse or material handling experience


• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods


• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment


• Attention to detail and ability to meet productivity goals


• Basic computer or inventory system knowledge


• Ability to work overtime and weekends as needed

Desirable requirements for Operator I

• Experience operating forklifts, electric pallet jacks, or RF scanners

Role for Operator I

• Receive and process incoming shipments accurately


• Store and organize materials within the warehouse facility


• Distribute products according to specific customer guidelines


• Operate powered hand trucks and standard forklift equipment safely


• Maintain compliance with quality standards and productivity targets
