Picker/Packer - Fort Worth
At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Picker/Packer to work with a leading logistics company in Fort Worth. This role is based in a fast-paced, state-of-the-art fulfillment center where you will play a vital role in the supply chain by ensuring accurate order selection and safe product preparation.
Shift patterns
- Wednesday to Saturday, 6 AM to 4:30 PM
Pay rates
- 16.50 USD hourly
Essential requirements for Picker/Packer
- Must be able to lift and move up to 50 lbs periodically during the shift when necessary
- Must have dependable transportation to and from the job site
- Experience working in a fast-paced production or warehouse environment
Desirable requirements for Picker/Packer
- Experience working in a 3PL environment
- Familiarity with picking and packing operations
- Strong communication skills, ability to take direction and follow instructions, and ability to pivot job duties as needed
Role tasks for Picker/Packer
- Navigate warehouse aisles to locate and retrieve items using digital scanners
- Securely box, wrap, and label products according to client specifications
- Verify product barcodes and quantities to maintain high order accuracy
- Maintain a clean and organized packing station with necessary supplies
