At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for Pick/Pack to work with a leading company in the Logistics sector in Long Beach. You will be working for the client in Long Beach.
Shift Patterns
- Monday - Friday
6:00 am to 2:30 pm
Pay Rates
- 17.25 USD hourly
Requirements
As a Pick/Pack you will need to have:
- Must be able to work a full-time but flexible schedule
- Must have dependable transportation to and from job site
- Must be able to lift and move up to 20 lbs throughout shift
- Must enjoy working with others and taking direction when needed
- Must wear steel-toed shoes/boots while on premises
- Must have basic computer knowledge
- Previous experience picking with RF Scanner
As a Pick/Pack, it would be desirable to have:

Role of a Pick/Pack
- Accurately pick and pack orders using RF scanners and other equipment.
- Prepare packages for shipment, ensuring correct labeling and handling.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.
- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation as needed.
