Intro: At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Loader SII to work with a leading retail company in Perris. This role is essential for maintaining efficient shipping operations and ensuring that outbound shipments are handled with precision and care.
Shift Patterns:

• Saturday, Sunday, Monday: 5:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Availability for additional shifts as required

Pay Rates:

• 18.50 USD hourly

Must-have Requirements for Loader SII:

• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs regularly
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods
• Ability to read and interpret load sheets, labels, and basic instructions
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Desirable Requirements for Loader SII:

• Previous warehouse or loading experience
• Experience operating pallet jacks or forklifts (certification is a plus)
• Basic understanding of warehouse processes and shipping procedures

Role for Loader SII:

• Load merchandise, pallets, and cartons onto trailers safely and efficiently
• Verify shipment accuracy by matching items to load sheets and manifests
• Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks or forklifts
• Secure loads using straps, bars, or shrink wrap to prevent transit damage
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe loading area
