Picker - Rialto

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Picker to work with a leading distribution center in Rialto. This role is essential for maintaining high standards of accuracy and efficiency in a fast-paced, high-volume warehouse environment.


Shift Patterns

• Sunday - Wednesday, 4:00 am to 2:30 pm

Pay Rates

• 18.00 USD hourly

Requirements for Picker

• Previous warehouse or order picking experience in high-volume environments


• Experience using RF scanners


• Strong attention to detail and accuracy


• Ability to walk for extended periods (10–12 hours per shift)


• Ability to frequently bend, stoop, reach, and lift up to 50 lbs periodically


• Availability to work overtime, weekends, and holiday shifts based on business needs


• Dependable transportation to and from the job site

Role for Picker

• Accurately pick merchandise from warehouse inventory using RF scanners and pick lists


• Verify item descriptions, quantities, and locations to ensure order accuracy


• Transport picked items to designated staging or processing areas


• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment


• Report damaged products, inventory discrepancies, or safety concerns to supervisors
