- Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50–75 lbs consistently.
- Comfortable working with large, bulky, or irregular items.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and safety practices.
- Ability to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
- Receive and identify non-conveyable items such as large boxes and furniture.
- Stage and seed products into assigned warehouse locations for order fulfillment.
- Replenish inventory in pick zones to maintain workflow efficiency.
- Ensure accurate placement of items using RF scanners or warehouse systems.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area while following safety procedures.
