At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Forklift Operator to work with a leading logistics company in Justin. This role is essential for maintaining efficient facility operations, ensuring the safe movement of goods, and supporting our inventory management processes.


Shift patterns

• Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM

Pay rates

• 21.00 USD hourly

Must-have requirements for Forklift operator

• Ability to lift and move up to 75 lbs. throughout the shift when necessary

Desirable requirements for Forklift operator

• Minimum of 1 year of previous forklift experience


• Proficiency with stand-up forklifts, reach trucks, cherry pickers, and other material handling equipment


• Knowledge of logistical supply chain methods and inventory control


• Ability to read and understand orders and count products accurately


• Strong work ethic, reliability, and a customer-service-oriented approach

Role for Forklift operator

• Safely operate industrial trucks and machinery in an industrial environment


• Inspect product loads for accuracy and ensure timely delivery


• Perform picking and packing duties as required


• Manually or mechanically load and unload materials from pallets, skids, and boxes


• Control levers and operating devices to transport and stack materials


• Complete all requisitions with prompt and efficient outcomes
