Warehouse Associate - Franklin

Introduction
At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Warehouse Associate to work with a leading food manufacturing facility in Franklin, WI. You will handle material movement, inventory tracking, and order preparation while maintaining strict adherence to food safety and quality standards.
Shift Patterns

• 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM, Monday - Sunday
• Willingness to work flexible hours, mandatory overtime, or weekend shifts as production schedules require.

Pay Rates

• 16.50 USD hourly

Essential Requirements

• Prior experience in warehouse, distribution, or manufacturing environments.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for 8–10 hour shifts.
• Basic literacy and math skills with attention to detail.

Desirable Requirements

• Forklift experience or certification.
• Experience in food/beverage or regulated manufacturing environments.

Role

• Unload raw ingredients and verify shipments against purchase orders.
• Stage raw materials for production lines to support continuous manufacturing.
• Pick, pack, and palletize finished food products according to specifications.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and allergen-controlled work area.
• Ensure strict adherence to food safety guidelines and standard safety protocols.
