Forklift Operator - Jacksonville

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Forklift Operator to work with a leading logistics and distribution company in Jacksonville. This role is essential to maintaining the efficiency of our warehouse operations and ensuring merchandise is handled with precision.


Shift Patterns

• 1st Shift: Tuesday - Friday 6:00am - 4:45pm


• 2nd Shift: Tuesday - Friday 5:15pm - 4:30am

Pay Rates

• 18.25 - 19.25 USD hourly

Essential Requirements for Forklift Operator

• Proven experience operating sit-down forklifts (Toyota) and electric pallet jacks (Raymond).


• Ability to accurately receive and unload trailers.


• Proficiency in building and stretch-wrapping pallets for transport.


• Experience using handheld units to verify and track merchandise.

Skills Requirements for Forklift Operator

• Ability to lift up to 30lbs without assistance.


• Previous experience working in a warehouse environment.


• Please note: We are currently not accepting rehires for individuals who have previously worked for BJ's Wholesale.

Role Tasks for Forklift Operator

• Coordinate inbound and outbound storage freight.


• Shuttle merchandise between receiving, shipping, and storage areas.


• Sort and distribute pallets throughout the warehouse facility.


• Load products into shipping trailers safely and efficiently.
