General Laborer - Greenwood

Introduction
At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a General Laborer to work with ES Foundry in Greenwood. This role is essential for maintaining a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment while supporting daily operations.
Shift Patterns

• Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Pay Rates

• 20.00 USD hourly

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Ability to use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing or warehouse environment
• Perform general warehouse cleaning, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and maintaining work areas
• Ability to follow all safety procedures and company policies
• Ability to lift, move, and transport products, materials, and supplies weighing up to 75 pounds
• Assist with unloading, organizing, and staging materials as needed
• Ability to break down and dispose of cardboard boxes, pallets, and other packaging materials

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous assembly, manufacturing, production, or warehouse experience

Role Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse workspace
• Handle materials and assist with inventory staging
• Perform waste removal and packaging disposal
• Support general warehouse operations as directed by leadership
