Account Manager - North East

Shift Patterns

  • Flexible schedule, potentially including early mornings, late nights, and weekends, to support 24/7 client operations and ensure continuous service delivery.

Pay Rates

  • 65000.00 - 72000.00 USD yearly

Requirements

Essential requirements for Account Manager:

  • Possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in account management within the staffing industry.
  • Demonstrate a proven track record of managing large, multi-site client operations, preferably in warehouse or production environments.
  • Provide evidence of direct experience leading and coaching a team of onsite supervisors, managing a minimum of 4-5 individuals.
  • Achieve fluency in both English and Spanish to effectively communicate with diverse client and workforce populations.

Desirable requirements for Account Manager:

  • Utilize workforce management software and timekeeping platforms to accurately track employee hours and manage payroll processing.
  • Leverage strong computer proficiency, including advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and other relevant business applications.
  • Apply knowledge of labor laws and compliance regulations specific to staffing and warehouse operations to ensure adherence.
  • Employ data analysis techniques to monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as fill rates, attendance, and turnover, generating actionable insights.

  • Cultivate and maintain robust client relationships by serving as the primary point of contact, ensuring consistent communication and service delivery.
  • Exhibit exceptional adaptability and flexibility to respond proactively to evolving client needs and operational demands, including off-hours support.
  • Drive operational excellence by ensuring timely staffing fulfillment and workforce oversight, partnering effectively with recruiting and operations teams.
  • Resolve workforce and client-related issues promptly and effectively, from performance concerns to safety incidents, minimizing disruption.
  • Communicate performance metrics, trends, and forecasts clearly and consistently to both client stakeholders and internal leadership.
