Shift patterns
- Monday - Friday 3PM to 12AM
- Position requires significant overtime, including weekends
Pay rates
- 25.00 USD hourly
Must-have requirements for PM Shift Onsite Recruiter / Onsite Coordinator
- Experience managing people in fast-paced environments like warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing
- Ability to communicate effectively and write clear, data-focused shift reports
- Proven ability to handle unexpected situations independently
- Proficiency in Excel and cloud-based timekeeping systems
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (spoken and written)
Role for PM Shift Onsite Recruiter / Onsite Coordinator
- Coordinate new hire orientations and manage onboarding paperwork
- Post open roles and screen applicants to meet urgent staffing needs
- Maintain accurate records in ATS systems and Excel trackers
- Walk the floor to support associates and ensure a positive work environment
- Prepare daily reports and communicate shift updates to the HR team
