Shift Patterns
- 6am to 2:30pm or 4:30pm Monday-Friday
Pay Rates
- 30.00 - 35.00 USD hourly
Requirements
As a Shop Mechanic / Truck Maintenance you will need to have:
- Previous experience as a mechanic or fleet technician.
- Strong knowledge of truck systems (brakes, suspension, electrical, etc.).
- Ability to troubleshoot independently and share how you troubleshoot mechanical issues.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced shop environment.
- Ability to complete work orders and maintain service records.
- Own basic tools.
- Reliable transportation and strong attendance.
As a Shop Mechanic / Truck Maintenance, it would be desirable to have:
- Knowledge of truck systems (brakes, suspension, electrical, etc.).
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues on trucks and fleet vehicles.
- Complete work orders accurately and maintain service records.
- Have your own tools.
- Reliable transportation and strong attendance.
Role of a Shop Mechanic / Truck Maintenance
- Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on trucks and fleet vehicles.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure vehicle safety and efficiency.
- Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues.
- Maintain accurate service records and complete work orders promptly.
