At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Picking Associate / Material Handler to work with a leading logistics company in Smyrna. This role focuses on efficiently picking and building product orders for customer delivery using an electric pallet jack.

Shift Patterns

• 2nd Shift - 1:00pm - 9:00 pm Tuesday through Saturday

Pay Rates

• 20.50 USD hourly

Essential Requirements for Picking Associate / Material Handler

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs


• Must be able to operate an electric pallet jack

Desirable Requirements for Picking Associate / Material Handler

• Sufficient formal or informal education to ensure the ability to read and write at a level required for successful job performance


• Ability to obtain a valid pallet jack certification


• Ability to obtain a valid forklift certification as needed


• Ability to provide attention to detail


• Proper lifting techniques

Role Tasks for Picking Associate / Material Handler

• Manage and build pick ticket orders


• Shrink wrap products to pallets


• Ensure orders are accurate


• Stage completed pallets in designated areas


• Clean and organize warehouse
