Team Lead

We are seeking a dependable and proactive Lead Associate to oversee weekend operations and support a team of 10–30 associates. This role is critical to maintaining production flow, ensuring safety, and driving performance expectations across the department. The ideal candidate is confident, organized, and capable of balancing leadership responsibilities with hands‑on problem solving.

Key Responsibilities
Provide daily leadership and direction to a team of 10–30 associates.
Communicate and reinforce production goals, expectations, and performance standards.
Support associates through coaching, training, and on‑the‑floor guidance.
Address operational issues promptly and effectively to maintain workflow.
Promote and maintain a safe working environment.
Hold team members accountable to safety, quality, and productivity standards.

Qualifications
Strong computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly.
Bilingual skills preferred.
