At Clara, we are recruiting for a Bilingual Onsite Supervisor to work with a leading logistics company in Edison. This role involves overseeing daily operations within a high-volume warehouse, providing on-site leadership to ensure seamless staffing, attendance, productivity, and smooth shift transitions. This position requires strong bilingual communication, real-time problem-solving, and the ability to manage operations independently across multiple shifts.
Shift Patterns

• 1st Shift - 7:15am to 4:30pm

Pay Rates

• 25.00 USD hourly

Must-have requirements for Bilingual Onsite Supervisor

• Possess a minimum of two years of experience in a fast-paced warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing setting, including direct personnel management responsibilities.
• Demonstrate fluency in both English and Spanish, encompassing verbal direction and written reporting capabilities.
• Exhibit the capacity to make sound independent decisions in the absence of senior management.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Desirable requirements for Bilingual Onsite Supervisor

• Utilize Google Platform for data tracking and reporting, and demonstrate proficiency with cloud-based timekeeping systems such as Kronos, ADP, or Workday.
• Apply comprehensive knowledge of high-volume operations, including staffing, attendance, and productivity management.
• Implement effective strategies to resolve unexpected operational challenges such as sudden staffing shortages, equipment malfunctions, or surges in order volume.
• Navigate and operate efficiently across multiple software platforms and digital tools.
• Provide direct leadership and coaching to associates to ensure performance targets are met and maintained.
• Proactively identify and resolve operational issues in real-time, adapting quickly to changing circumstances.
• Maintain team engagement and reinforce safety protocols consistently throughout assigned shifts.
• Execute thorough end-of-shift reporting, accurately documenting attendance, productivity metrics, and any incidents.
