Requirements
Essential requirements for Maintenance Technician:
- Experience in maintenance roles and building maintenance.
- Familiarity with HVAC systems, boilers, chillers, or air compressors.
- Ability to repair mixers, pumps, motors, VFDs, and PLCs.
- Electrical experience including wiring and troubleshooting control systems.
- Experience with stability chambers, ovens, or water treatment equipment.
Your role for Maintenance Technician
- Perform routine building maintenance on HVAC systems, boilers, and chillers.
- Troubleshoot and repair industrial equipment such as mixers, pumps, and motors.
- Conduct daily checks on stability chambers, ovens, and water treatment systems.
