Forklift Operator - Booneville
At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Forklift Operator to work with a leading company in the manufacturing sector in Booneville. This role is essential for maintaining the safe and efficient flow of materials throughout the warehouse.Shift patterns:
- 6am-2pm, Monday - Friday, with occasional Saturdays
- Up to 2 hours of overtime daily, if needed
- 14.66 USD hourly
- Previous forklift experience
- Experience with pallet wrap machines, reach trucks, cherry pickers and other material handling equipment
- Ability to read and understand orders and count different products stored in different areas and layers
- Must be able to work a full-time but flexible schedule
- Must have dependable transportation to and from job site
- Must be able to lift and move up to 75 lbs. throughout the shift when necessary
- 3+ years of continuous experience operating material handling equipment in high-volume warehouse environments
- Experience working in high-bay or high-density storage facilities
- Safely operate industrial trucks or machinery in an industrial location
- Inspect product load for accuracy and safely move product through facility ensuring timely and accurate delivery
- Manually or mechanically load and unload materials from pallets, skids and boxes
- Account for and secure materials or products for transport to designated areas
- Control levers and other operating devices, such as forks and hoists, to load, transport and stack materials
- Complete all requisitions with prompt, efficient and safe outcomes
