Shift Patterns

• 1st shift: Monday to Friday, 7 am to 3:30 pm.

Pay Rates

• 16.00 USD hourly.

Must-have Requirements for Assembler

• Ability to lift small loads ranging from 30 to 50 lbs.
• Experience working in a production and manufacturing environment.
• Ability to work in a warm manufacturing workspace.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for the entirety of a 10-hour shift.
• Dependable transportation and a strong track record of good attendance.

Desirable Requirements for Assembler

• Strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity for handling small parts and tools.
• Ability to read simple instructions, count accurately, and maintain a sharp attention to detail.
• Flexibility and availability to work overtime as required by production needs.
• Adaptable to working in a variety of departments, open-minded, and a positive attitude.

Role for Assembler

• Assemble components precisely according to blueprints, schematics, or standard operating procedures.
• Hand-assemble parts using basic hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment.
• Conduct basic quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet company standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily production quotas.
