- 1st shift Monday to Friday, 7 am to 3:30 pm
- 16.00 USD hourly
- Ability to lift small loads ranging from 30 to 50 lbs.
- Experience working in a production and manufacturing environment.
- Ability to work in a warm manufacturing workspace.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for the duration of a shift.
- Must be flexible and available to work overtime as required by production needs.
- Adaptable to working in a variety of departments.
- Open-minded with a positive attitude.
- Strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
- Assemble components precisely according to blueprints and standard operating procedures.
- Use hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment for assembly.
- Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet company standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production quotas.
