Shift Patterns

• Wednesday to Saturday 6 am to 4:30 pm

Pay Rates

• 22.00 - 24.00 USD hourly

Requirements

As a Bilingual Warehouse Coordinator - AM Shift you will need to have:

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Experience supporting candidates or employees in a warehouse environment.
• Ability to communicate clearly when guiding someone through onboarding or orientation.
• Demonstrated adaptability to changing hiring needs.
• Proficiency in using tools like Excel, ATS platforms, or databases to maintain data accuracy while managing multiple tasks.
• Skill in leading new hire orientations and explaining company culture and expectations.
• Ability to help new hires understand their job duties.
