Warehouse Electrician - North Las Vegas, NV
At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Warehouse Electrician to work with Geodis Las Vegas Skilled in North Las Vegas. In this role, you will be responsible for keeping critical warehouse machinery fully operational to prevent downtime by inspecting, troubleshooting, and repairing complex conveyor belts, automated sorting machinery, and order-picking equipment.Shift Patterns
- Sunday - Wednesday from 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM
- 32.00 USD hourly
- Experience working as an electrician in a warehouse
- Knowledge of electrical safety standards such as NFPA 70e
- Foundational knowledge of electrical theory, industrial wiring, and schematic reading
- Experience maintaining and repairing conveyor systems, automated sorters, or material-handling equipment
- Multi-craft experience working with hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems
- Ability to monitor and interpret SCADA or automated diagnostic software data
- Perform diagnostic testing and voltage tracing to identify electrical faults and mechanical breakdown root causes
- Carry out effective electrical and mechanical repairs, adjustments, or modifications to restore equipment performance
- Execute scheduled maintenance routines across electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment
- Monitor online diagnostic platforms to proactively identify operational anomalies
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols, including Lockout/Tagout procedures and NFPA 70E guidelines
