- 21.00 USD hourly
- More than 2 years of manufacturing experience
- Must not have previously worked at the company
- Ability to work 7 days a week for 12 hours while standing and lifting
- Availability to complete 2 paid training days, including 4 written exams and a hands-on evaluation
- Experience with power tools
- Detail-oriented with the ability to visually identify damage or missing parts
- Foundational understanding of production technologies and quality standards
- Familiarity with quality measurement tools like calipers and process instructions
- Competence in using industry-specific software for reporting and data analysis
- Conduct inspections on parts, components, and finished products following established work instructions
- Perform precise gap and flushness evaluations
- Manage the loading and unloading of modules from storage racks
- Identify and escalate potential non-conformities through formal protocols
- Support root cause analysis, warranty reviews, and general problem-solving initiatives
