Must-Have Requirements for Stand Up Forklift Operator

• Minimum of 1 year of recent stand-up forklift experience.


• Ability to successfully pass an on-site practical forklift evaluation and safety certification.


• Physical capability to stand for long periods and comfortably lift up to 50–75 lbs when necessary.


• Dependable transportation to and from the job site in Santa Teresa, NM.


• Strong situational awareness regarding pedestrians and automated equipment in a high-traffic environment.

Desirable Requirements for Stand Up Forklift Operator

• Familiarity with RF scanners and warehouse logistics or supply chain inventory software.


• Basic math and documentation skills for accurate inventory tracking.

Role for Stand Up Forklift Operator

• Safely and proficiently operate stand-up forklifts to transport materials through narrow aisles.


• Efficiently move, stack, stage, and organize incoming and outgoing product shipments from trailers.


• Verify product numbers, quantities, and condition of goods against order documentation utilizing RF scanners.


• Conduct mandatory daily pre-operational equipment safety checks and report any mechanical defects.


• Maintain a clean, organized, and debris-free work zone to uphold strict safety guidelines.
