At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for General Labor to work with a leading manufacturer in New Albany. These are full-time, temp-to-permanent opportunities in a light industrial warehouse environment. No prior experience is required, as comprehensive training will be provided.


Shift patterns

• Monday through Friday, 10:30pm to 6:30am

Pay rates

• 15.50 USD hourly

Must-have requirements for General Labor

• Ability to stand and walk for 8 hours per shift


• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs


• Comfortable with repetitive tasks and physical work


• Able to handle strong scents associated with the manufacturing environment


• Dependable and reliable work ethic

Role for General Labor

• Pulling merchandise from warehouse shelves


• Preparing items for shipping and distribution


• Maintaining a clean and organized workspace
