Intro

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a General Labor/Packer to work with a leading company in the personal care industry in Wharton. This role focuses on maintaining high standards of product preparation and shipping accuracy.

Shift Patterns

2nd Shift | 3:00pm to 11:00pm, Monday through Friday.

Pay Rates

15.92 USD hourly

Essential Requirements

Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Comfortable with repetitive tasks and physical work.

Able to follow verbal and written instructions in English and/or Spanish.

Must be able to work a full-time but flexible schedule.

Must have dependable transportation to and from the job site.

Must enjoy working with others and taking direction when needed.

Role

Accurately pack products into shipping boxes for delivery to customers.

Ensure proper items are packaged and placed in the correct containers.

Handle items carefully to avoid damage to the product.

Consistently perform job functions while maintaining safety, punctuality, and meeting deadlines.

Work with other team members to accurately complete the work each day.
