At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Medical Device Assembler, R&D to work with a leading medical device company in Irvine. This role involves working within the R&D department to assemble and package products, assist in prototype manufacturing, and maintain high quality standards.Shift Patterns
- Monday - Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm
- 20.00 - 23.00 USD hourly
- Do you have 1 to 2 years experience as a Medical Device Assembler?
- Are you able to do small part assembly work using a microscope?
- Are you comfortable performing basic math calculations required for manufacturing or assembly tasks?
- Have you worked in a clean room environment?
- Basic understanding of mechanical equipment and how it functions
- Solder and gluing experience of small parts under a microscope
- Manufacturing parts for R&D
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to stand for extended period of time
- Assemble and package medical device products under supervision
- Record production processes on build records
- Identify and resolve technical issues in collaboration with engineers
- Complete quality control forms
- Assist in the manufacturing of R&D prototypes
- Professional development in a specialized R&D environment
