- Ability to operate pallet jacks or forklifts (certification is a plus)
- Basic understanding of warehouse processes and shipping procedures
- Ability to read and interpret load sheets, labels, and basic instructions
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Previous warehouse or loading experience is preferred
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs regularly
- Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and lifting for extended periods
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment with varying temperatures
- Availability for overtime, weekends, or peak-season demands
- Load merchandise, pallets, and cartons onto trailers safely and efficiently
- Verify shipment accuracy by matching items to load sheets and manifests
- Secure loads using straps, bars, or shrink wrap to prevent transit damage
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe loading area
- Coordinate workflow through clear communication with supervisors and team members
