Warehouse Shipping / Receiving & Assembly Floater

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Shipping/Receiving & Assembly Floater to join our team. This is a critical role within our operation, supporting shipping, receiving, and assembly functions while filling in as needed to accommodate demand fluctuations and staffing changes. We are focused on quality over speed in hiring and are looking for the right long-term fit.

Key Responsibilities
Support warehouse operations including shipping, receiving, and light assembly
Box, package, and prepare final assemblies for shipment (individual and palletized orders)
Review shipping paperwork for accuracy and completeness
Receive, count, and record incoming shipments using tablet-based MRP software
Label incoming materials and communicate any discrepancies
Float between departments as operational needs change

Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong work ethic with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
High attention to detail and accuracy in counting and recording data
Fluent English with solid communication and basic computer skills
Ability to multitask and transition between workstations throughout the shift
Must be able to lift and move packages up to 35 lbs
Reliable transportation and strong attendance record
