At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Picking Associate / Material Handler to work with a leading logistics company in Smyrna. This role is essential for ensuring that customer orders are accurately picked, built, and prepared for delivery in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Shift patterns:

• 1st Shift - Sun to Thurs, Mon to Fri, Tues to Sat 5am to 1pm

Pay rates:

• 20.50 USD hourly

Must-have requirements for Picking Associate / Material Handler:

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs


• Must be able to operate an electric pallet jack

Desirable requirements for Picking Associate / Material Handler:

• Sufficient formal or informal education to ensure the ability to read and write at a level required for successful job performance


• Ability to obtain a valid pallet jack certification


• Ability to obtain a valid forklift certification as needed


• Ability to provide attention to detail


• Proper lifting techniques

Role tasks for Picking Associate / Material Handler:

• Manage and build pick ticket orders accurately


• Shrink wrap products to pallets and stage them in designated areas


• Consolidate and re-stock product and shells


• Clean and organize the warehouse to maintain safety and efficiency


• Meet established productivity requirements
