Machine Tech - Franklin

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for Machine Tech to work with a leading company in the food manufacturing sector in Franklin. You will be working for the client in Franklin.

Shift patterns

• Hours: Monday - Friday
  Rotating 3 days one week, 4 days the next week (12 hour shift)
  Day Shift, 6AM - 6PM
  Night Shift, 6PM - 6AM
  PM shift offers $2/hr shift prem.

Pay rates

• 22.00 - 25.00 USD hourly

Requirements

Essential requirements for Machine Tech:

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a production manufacturing environment.
• Background in the food manufacturing industry.
• Strong mechanical aptitude to learn to operate and set up automated machinery.

Skills and qualifications for Machine Tech:

• Strong mechanical aptitude to learn how to troubleshoot automated machines.
• Previous experience in food manufacturing production.

Your role for Machine Tech

• Operate and monitor automated production machinery to ensure efficient output.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and mechanical adjustments during shifts.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment following food safety standards.
