Warehouse Associate - Allentown


At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for Warehouse Associate to work with a leading company in the logistics sector in Allentown. You will be working for the client in Allentown.

Shift patterns

  • 1st shift Sunday to Wednesday or Wednesday to Saturday 6am to 430pm and 3rd shift Sunday to Wednesday or Wednesday to Saturday 5:30pm to 4:00 am

Pay rates

  • 16.50 - 19.50 USD hourly

Requirements

Essential requirements for Warehouse Associate:

  • Ability to use RF scanners, handheld devices, or warehouse management systems (WMS) to scan and track inventory.
  • Basic computer or tablet skills for entering and verifying information.
  • Ability to follow digital pick lists or electronic work instructions.
  • Comfortable learning new warehouse technology and systems.
  • Experience with barcode scanning and inventory systems is a plus.

Desirable requirements for Warehouse Associate:

  • Previous warehouse, distribution center, or logistics experience.
  • Experience using RF scanners or Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
  • Familiarity with picking, packing, shipping, and receiving processes.
  • Ability to operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks or forklifts (certification is a plus).
  • Basic computer or inventory management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity goals.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
