At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Packer to work with a leading logistics company in West Jefferson. This role is based in a fast-paced warehouse environment where attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols are essential for success.
Shift patterns
- 1st shift: Monday - Thursday, 5 AM to 3:30 PM
- 2nd shift: Monday - Thursday, 4 PM to 2:30 AM
Pay rates
- 17.00 USD hourly
Essential requirements for Packer
- Ability to lift 40-50 lbs repetitively
- Ability to stand for the duration of the shift
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred
Desirable requirements for Packer
- Experience in packaging, assembly, warehouse, or manufacturing
- Familiarity with order picking processes and materials handling best practices
- Understanding of OSHA regulations pertaining to warehouse safety
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy in order fulfillment

- Perform order picking tasks accurately, ensuring items are selected according to specifications
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety standards
