Machine Operator - Lake Orion

This role is ideal for a detail-oriented individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, where you will be responsible for setting up and operating machinery, monitoring performance, and ensuring high-quality production standards.
Shift patterns:
- 1st shift: 5 am to 2:30 pm
Pay rates:
- 16.00 USD hourly
Essential requirements for Machine Operator:
- Prior machine operation experience in a manufacturing setting
- Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
- Strong technical understanding and safety awareness
- Must be able to work a full-time but flexible schedule
- Must have dependable transportation to and from job site
Additional requirements for Machine Operator:
- Must own steel toed boots or shoes
- Ability to work weekends if required
Role tasks for Machine Operator:
- Set up and operate manufacturing machinery according to production requirements
- Monitor machine performance and conduct regular quality checks
- Perform basic troubleshooting to resolve minor operational issues
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace
- Follow daily operational procedures to ensure efficiency
