Pick / Pack - Bethlehem

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Pick / Pack Associate to work with a leading logistics company in Bethlehem. You will begin by learning the picking process using warehouse technology to retrieve orders, then advance to packing and preparing shipments, with opportunities for cross-training and professional growth.
Shift patterns

• Wednesday to Saturday 5:30pm to 4:00 am.

Pay rates

• 17.50 USD hourly

Requirements for Pick / Pack

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs throughout the shift.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Reliable attendance and willingness to learn multiple processes.
• Must have reliable transportation.

Desirable requirements for Pick / Pack

• Previous warehouse experience is a plus.

Role for Pick / Pack

• Locate and retrieve customer orders using warehouse technology.
• Verify and package orders for shipment.
• Prepare packages for distribution.
• Participate in cross-training to develop a broad skill set.
