At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Weekend Picker/Packer to work with a leading logistics company in Fort Worth, TX. You will play a crucial role in the supply chain by accurately selecting customer orders and preparing products for safe and timely shipment in a fast-paced, state-of-the-art fulfillment center.Shift Patterns
- Saturday to Tuesday 5:00 PM to 3:30 AM
- 17.50 USD hourly
- Must have availability to work every weekend
- Must be able to lift and move up to 50 lbs periodically during shift when necessary
- Must have dependable transportation to and from the job site
- Experience working in a production tracking fast-paced job environment
- Experience working in a 3PL environment
- Familiarity with picking and packing operations
- Strong communication skills
- Flexible to change departments per business needs
- Ability to take direction and follow instructions
- Efficiently navigate warehouse aisles to locate and retrieve items using RF scanners.
- Securely box, wrap, and label items according to client specifications.
- Scan and verify product barcodes and quantities to maintain order accuracy.
- Update real-time stock levels and order statuses using warehouse management software.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe packing station.
