General Laborer - Southaven
At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a General Laborer to work with Southaven Talent Pool in Southaven. This is a Pick and Pack position where you will play a key role in ensuring our products are ready for our customers.Shift Patterns
- Front Half Night: Sunday - Wednesday 5:00 PM - 6:00 AM
- Back Half Night: Thursday - Saturday 5:00 PM - 6:00 AM
- Note: Mandatory overtime is required during peak season, which may include working 5-6 days a week on 12-hour shifts.
- 18.00 USD hourly
- Must be able to stand for the entire shift.
- Must be able to lift up to 30lbs.
- Inspect finished products for defects to ensure quality control standards are met.
- Perform finishing tasks such as trimming, cleaning, or assembling components.
- Package products according to company and customer specifications.
- Label and organize packaged items for shipping or storage.
- Operate basic packing equipment and tools while maintaining a clean and safe work area.
